Creating an Inner Product account and completing a profile are free.
$5 per online event
An Inner Product event costs $5 per attendee, including all taxes and fees. A different promotional price applies only when it is clearly stated on the event page. The price shown on an event's sign-up and checkout pages is the total amount charged; Inner Product does not add taxes or fees at checkout.
Promotions
Inner Product may occasionally offer a different promotional price. Any promotion and its eligibility terms are clearly stated on the event page before sign-up or payment. Free places and promotional event registrations have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be revoked for abuse, fraud, or event-rule violations.
No subscription at launch
Inner Product does not currently offer a monthly subscription or automatic renewal plan. Each paid event is purchased separately.
Event minimums
Standard scheduled dating events normally require at least 10 confirmed attendees, including at least 4 women and 4 men, by the published attendance cutoff. If Inner Product cancels an event because its applicable minimums are not met, affected paid attendees automatically receive a full refund. An event page may disclose different minimums or state that the event will proceed regardless of attendance.
Cancellations and attendance
Cancel at least 24 hours before the event's scheduled start for a full refund of the event charge. For refund purposes, an attendee satisfies the standard event attendance requirement only after checking in and joining at least 2 event video chats; joining fewer than 2 is treated as a no-show under the Refund Policy. Late arrivals, missed events, and no-shows without a cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance are not ordinarily refundable.
Refunds
Paid attendees can cancel at least 24 hours before an event for a full refund. Inner Product also automatically refunds affected paid attendees when it cancels an event or confirms a service-wide technical failure that materially prevented the event from being delivered.
