Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Inner Product, a mainstream 18+ online dating and matchmaking service. By visiting, accessing, browsing, viewing, creating an account, joining an event, purchasing a pass, entering a video room, or using any part of the Inner Product website or service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and any event-specific rules shown before purchase or check-in. If you do not agree, do not visit, access, or use Inner Product.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to visit, access, create an account, or use any part of Inner Product.
• By visiting, accessing, creating an account, or using Inner Product, you represent and agree that you are at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate account, profile, payment, and event information.
• You may not use Inner Product if you are legally barred from using dating, video, social, or online services.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Inner Product service

Inner Product may provide account creation, profile questions, event RSVP, paid online events, timed video dating rounds, matching, post-round feedback, reporting tools, mutual contact reveal, event messages, and support. Inner Product does not guarantee that you will meet any particular person, receive a particular number or quality of matches, or form any relationship.

Mainstream dating only

Inner Product operates a mainstream 18+ online dating and matchmaking website. Inner Product does not offer, sell, facilitate, advertise, arrange, or allow anything illegal.

We do not allow escorts, prostitution, adult content, sexual services, sugar dating, paid companionship, webcam adult entertainment, mail-order spouse services, or international marriage brokerage.

Payments and pricing

Inner Product accounts are free. An Inner Product event costs $5 per attendee, including all taxes and fees. A different promotional price applies only when it is clearly stated on the event page. The price shown on the event page and checkout page is the total amount charged for the event; Inner Product does not add taxes or fees at checkout. The event time and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Inner Product does not currently offer a subscription or automatic renewal plan.

Required conduct

• Treat other attendees respectfully and follow event rules.
• Do not post, send, display, stream, request, or distribute nudity, obscene content, pornographic content, sexually explicit content, offensive content, hate, graphic sexual material, or other content that Inner Product determines is unsafe or inappropriate.
• Do not record, stream, screenshot for harassment, distribute, or misuse another attendee's image, voice, profile, messages, or contact information.
• Do not continue contact after another attendee declines, reports, blocks, or stops responding.
• Use report tools for harassment, fraud, threats, abuse, impersonation, underage activity, trafficking concerns, or other safety issues.

Human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse

Inner Product prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, escort services, sugar dating, paid companionship, mail-order spouse services, international marriage brokerage, coercion, grooming, abuse, aiding or abetting abuse, encouraging abuse, and any use of Inner Product to recruit, pressure, threaten, transport, exploit, or control another person. Inner Product also prohibits adult live-chat services, webcam adult entertainment, commercial sexual services, adult content, nudity, obscenity, pornography, and sexually explicit paid content.

Enforcement

Inner Product may review account, event, payment, report, room, feedback, contact-sharing, device, and security records when investigating safety, fraud, abuse, legal, payment, or policy issues. Inner Product may warn, remove, restrict, suspend, ban, deny service, preserve records, or report matters to payment processors or appropriate authorities when necessary.

Refunds and cancellations

A paid attendee who cancels at least 24 hours before the event's scheduled start is eligible for a full refund. Inner Product also automatically refunds affected paid attendees when Inner Product cancels an event or confirms that a service-wide technical failure materially prevented the event from being delivered. Late cancellations and no-shows are not ordinarily refundable. Additional requests are reviewed case by case under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Promotional credits and free passes have no cash value unless Inner Product states otherwise.

Changes

Inner Product may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Inner Product after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
