Refund Policy

How Inner Product handles event cancellations, user cancellations, no-shows, technical issues, credits, and chargebacks.

Event pass refunds

If you purchase a paid Inner Product event pass, the event page and checkout page will state the event date, price, and any event-specific refund terms. Unless a specific event states otherwise, paid event passes are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event start time.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event start time and attendee no-shows are generally not refundable. Inner Product may offer an event credit at its discretion when circumstances justify it.

Inner Product cancellation or rescheduling

If Inner Product cancels an event, Inner Product will offer a refund, event credit, or rescheduled event option. If Inner Product materially reschedules an event and you cannot attend the new time, you may request a refund or credit.

Technical issues

If a Inner Product-controlled technical issue prevents you from joining or completing a paid event, contact billing@innerproduct.com within 7 days with your account email, event name, approximate time, and a description of the issue. Inner Product may offer a refund or credit after review. Problems caused by unsupported devices, poor connectivity, local settings, or user error may not qualify for a refund.

Safety and rule enforcement

Inner Product may remove a user from an event without refund for fraud, harassment, abuse, exploitation, trafficking concerns, payment abuse, safety risk, or violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Promotions and free passes

Free passes, promotional credits, discounts, and launch credits have no cash value and are not refundable unless Inner Product states otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email billing@innerproduct.com with your account email, event name, purchase date, Stripe receipt or payment identifier if available, and reason for the request. Inner Product aims to respond within 2 business days.
